In short: we collect only what you give us, use it to teach and to answer you, never sell it, and delete it when you ask.
At financialwellness4acause.com, your privacy is important to us. This site is operated by Global Realtor 4 a Cause under the jurisdiction of Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Most of the families we teach live in the United States, Canada or the Philippines, so we also follow the core principles of the privacy and anti-spam rules that protect them: transparency, consent and data minimization.
What we collect and when
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, country and what you tell us about your goals when you:
- Request a free wellness review or send us a message through a form on this site
- Book a free consult with Trish Wilson (bookings are handled by Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy policy)
- Chat with Trish AI, our automated assistant
- Create an account or subscribe to our emails
We do not ask for Social Security, Social Insurance or bank account numbers on this site, and you should not send them through a form or the chat.
Trish AI, voice and microphone
- Chat: your messages and Trish AI's replies are stored so we can answer you and follow up on what you asked.
- Voice: if you turn the sound on, the text of each reply is sent to our voice provider (ElevenLabs) to be read aloud. Trish AI only speaks after you turn the sound on.
- Microphone: only used when you tap 🎤. Your speech is turned into text by your browser's speech service or by our speech-to-text service (Cloudflare), and the text is handled like a typed message.
- Settings on your device: your browser remembers your sound, language and "introduction already played" choices. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide free financial education, answer your questions, arrange the consult you asked for, send the emails you signed up for, and improve the site. We do not sell or lease your data to third parties.
Your information is kept in the same secure systems Global Realtor 4 a Cause uses for its clients, and shared only with the service providers that run this site for us (hosting and security, email, booking, chat and voice), who may use it only to provide their service.
Insurance and other products
This site is education, not an application. If you later choose to apply for life insurance or an annuity, the application is made separately through the insurer, which collects and protects your information under its own privacy notice. Questions outside Trish's licence are referred, with your permission, to a licensed professional where you live.
Emails
We only send marketing email if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honour it promptly.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to:

Changes
