1. Education, not advice
Everything on this site, including the lessons, the example household, the calculators, the question library and Trish AI's answers, is general financial education. It is not individualized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not an offer, a quote or a recommendation to buy any product. The example household is illustrative, not a statistic, and calculator results are estimates that depend on the numbers you enter.
2. The free consult
The lessons and the consult with Trish Wilson are free and carry no obligation. Trish is an insurance-licensed financial consultant licensed in the U.S. for life insurance. Questions outside her licence, including tax, legal and those of residents of other countries, are referred to licensed professionals accountable where you live.
3. Insurance and other products
Life insurance and annuities are offered through a U.S. insurer to U.S. clients only, subject to underwriting and the insurer's acceptance, and only where the producer is licensed and appointed with that insurer. Any guarantee is backed solely by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer. Financial products involve costs, restrictions and risks; no outcome, return or policy value is guaranteed. Any product recommendation depends on a separate suitability and licensing review, with costs disclosed in writing before you sign anything.
4. Trish AI
Trish AI is an automated assistant. It can be wrong or out of date, so check anything important with Trish Wilson or another licensed professional before you act on it. Do not share account numbers, passwords or government ID numbers in the chat.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, including the lessons, the example household, the calculators, branding and written materials, is the property of Financial Wellness 4 a Cause and Global Realtor 4 a Cause and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages.
6. Automated access
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download this site, or use its content to train, ground or feed artificial-intelligence systems, chatbots, search tools or other databases, without our written permission.
