Cash flow and budgeting
The lesson: a budget is a record of decisions already made. Track thirty days of spending before you change anything, then move money toward what you actually value.
Free financial education • U.S. families • No sales pitch
Plain-English lessons on life insurance, retirement income, debt, emergency savings and leaving something behind. Learn how each one actually works, run your own numbers, then decide for yourself.
A whole-life approach
Financial wellness is not a bank balance. It is knowing where your money goes, what would happen to your family if your income stopped, and whether the retirement you picture is funded. Each pillar below is a short, free lesson.
The lesson: a budget is a record of decisions already made. Track thirty days of spending before you change anything, then move money toward what you actually value.
The lesson: an emergency fund of three to six months of essential expenses is what keeps a flat tire from becoming credit-card debt. Pay the highest-interest balance first, or the smallest one if you need the win.
The lesson: life insurance replaces an income, not a person. Estimate the income years your family would need to replace, add debts to clear, subtract what is already in place.
The lesson: your retirement income gap is the monthly spending you want minus the income you can count on. Cover essentials with dependable income first, then let the rest stay flexible.
The lesson: a home, a child's education or a business all come down to a monthly number and a date. Name both, and the saving plan writes itself.
The lesson: beneficiaries, a will and a list of what you own and owe do more for your family than any product. Know when a legal, tax or estate professional should take over.

Free financial wellness review
A review is a conversation, not a presentation. You keep the notes and decide in your own time.
Share your goals, your situation and the thing that keeps you up at night. Thirty minutes, by phone or video.
We look at the gaps together: cash flow, protection, retirement income, legacy. Where a question needs a CPA, attorney or someone licensed in your state, we say so.
You get a short written roadmap. If a product would help, it is applied for separately, through the insurer, with its costs disclosed in writing first.

Why a licensed person teaches for free
Trish has spent years helping families on both sides of the Pacific with homes, mortgages and the money decisions around them. The pattern she kept seeing: people were sold products they did not understand, or avoided products they needed because nobody explained them plainly. Financial Wellness 4 a Cause is her answer. Teach the mechanics first, with the arithmetic on the table, and let families decide.
When a question sits outside her licence, whether tax, legal or a product in another state or country, she introduces a colleague who is licensed and accountable where you live. Products are offered only where the producer is licensed and appointed with the insurer.
Why "4 a Cause"?
Financial Wellness 4 a Cause brings together education, practical planning and a spirit of community impact. Our aim is to help families become more resilient while encouraging a culture of generosity and service. The program's community mission is aligned with the work of ZOE Abundant Living. Details of any formal fundraising or donation arrangement are disclosed separately.
A stronger financial foundation creates more possibilities, for your household and for the communities you care about.
